How
do I register for camp?
You can apply online through our website, which will allow you to pay by credit card, or you can download an application form and pay by check. All applications will be accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis. Be sure to register early to avoid late fees and to assure a spot in camp. Upon receipt of your completed registration and fees, a confirmation will be sent via email. (Make sure all of the information is complete on the application, if we are missing any information (INSURANCE INFORMATION etc) we will not be able to complete your child's registration without it).
Can I check to see if I am registered?Yes, you may check to see if you are registered in a camp. On our homepage (www.grizzlysoccercamp.com) click on the "Camp Check-in & Confirmation Letter" link and type the name of the camper exactly as it was entered at the time of registration.
Can teams attend?Yes, teams can attend both our day camps and residential
camp.
How do teams register?In order to receive a team discount (for both Residential and Day Camp) ONE person/manager from the team must create their team online (no additional charge). BEFORE YOU CREATE YOUR TEAM ONLINE PLEASE EMAIL US AT GRIZZLYSOCCERCAMP@GMAIL.COM AND TELL US YOU WILL BE ENTERING A TEAM, WHAT THE TEAM NAME IS, WHICH CAMP THEY WILL BE ATTENDING AND ALSO SEND A ROSTER. Please follow the directions below to create you team online. PLEASE NOTE: Each player MUST
individually register themselves for camp after you have created your team.
Click Here to create your team and click on the button "Team Captains - Create Team Here". Login with your Active.com account information or quickly create an account. Your account will give you access to tools for emailing your team members, viewing who is registered, and more! Fill out the information on the Team Creation page and when
finished click "Save".
Next, inform each of your players that they MUST individually register themselves to attend camp by registering online - directions below. REGISTERING AS PART OF A TEAM: If you are registering as part of a team that will be attending a Team Camp, and your coach has already registered your team, please follow the directions below: Go to our website and click the "Register for Camp-Go" button. You will be
redirected to our Active.com Registration page, please click on the "Register
Now" button.
Is there a key deposit for residential camp?No there is not a key deposit for residential camp, but if you do not return your key at the end of camp you will be charged $60. You can purchase a Montana Soccer lanyard to keep your key on at the camp store for $3.
What is available at the Camp Store?We will be selling Montana Soccer sweatshirts, t-shirts, backpacks, lanyards, water bottles, and soccer balls at the camp store during all camps. We will also sell snacks and beverages at the RESIDENTIAL CAMP ONLY.
What is included in all camps?All participants will receive a camp ball and t-shirt.
What should I bring/wear to camp?Day Campers: Rain jacket, shinguards,
water bottle, sunscreen, snacks, soccer cleats, camp ball (will receive the
first day of camp), and lunch (if appropriate)
If it rains, will camp be cancelled?No, camp will not be cancelled. Please dress your child appropriately for the weather (rain jacket and/or a second set of clothing).
If my child is not able to attend camp will I receive a refund?Day Camp: If you
cancel prior to the start date of the camp, you will receive a full refund.

ON OR AFTER THE START DATE OF
ALL CAMPS WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.
What happens if my child is injured or sick during camp?
A qualified trainer will be on duty at every camp to care for minor injuries and illnesses.
Is there transportation available to/from the airport or bus depot for Residential Camp?There will be a pickup service from the Missoula airport or bus depot if needed. Please download and fill out the Residential Camp Travel Itinerary and send it back to us, two weeks prior notice is required. Please try to coordinate your travel arrangements to arrive between 10:30 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. on July 26th. Departure times should be no earlier than 12:00 p.m. on July 30th.
Parking and driving at Residential & Team CampIf you are a RESIDENTIAL CAMPER and you will be driving yourself to
camp throughout the week you are not allowed to drive your car under any
circumstance. Cars will be parked for the entire camp period. Also, you will
need to purchase a parking permit for the week. Please contact us
(grizzlysoccercamp@gmail.com or 406-241-5009) at least 1 week prior to camp if
this pertains to you.
What meals are provided?Day Camp: No meal
is provided, but HALF DAY CAMPERS are encouraged to bring a snack and FULL DAY
CAMPERS must pack their own lunch.
Lost/Stolen ItemsAll gear should be marked with the camper's name. Lost or stolen items will not be replaced. Please prepare your camper to be mindful of his/her belongings and to report any missing items to a camp staff member as soon as possible. If you feel you may have forgotten something at camp please contact us (grizzlysoccercamp@gmail.com or 406-241-5009) to check in the lost and found.
What is the Camp Bank?We will be offering a camp bank at our RESIDENTIAL CAMP ONLY. This will allow you to deposit money for use by the camper during throughout the week. At registration or anytime thereafter a deposit can be made to the bank. Any amount of money may be deposited. We recommend $50.00 for the week. Your daughter may use the money for the camp store to purchase Griz Soccer merchandise, snacks and beverages. There is no charge for this service, as we are providing it as a way to help keep your daughters funds safe. You may close out this account at the end of camp and a check will be sent to the parent/guardian of the camper for the remaining balance.
